Product: HP ENVY Laptop 17-bw0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The case on my screen is coming out of its frame on the right side (see image)IMG_1360.jpg. I have owned this notebook for just about 2 years and have taken good care of it. I have purchased HP notebooks in the past without similar issues. The notebook is still functioning normally, however, I don't know how long that will last.

 

I'm disappointed and probably won't buy HP the next time I need a notebook, which might be sooner than expected.
