You have no real options that do not involve spending LOTS of money. The warranty specifically excludes coverage for Accidental Damage -- which is what happened when you dropped the laptop. You are free to check with HP about this, but they will confirm this exclusion. Your only option other than that, which might be somewhat cheaper, is to see if you can find a local repair place that will replace the screen for you.

I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
