The display screen of my laptop(hp envy x360 convertible 15-ee1xxx) recently started popping out of its cover at the left and right bottom corners. As a result I'm unable to close my laptop (fold it shut). Even if I try to adjust the angle of the screen, it starts separating from the cover. This has resulted in the screen cracking and the touch screen not working now. Can you please inform me if there is any way to fix it or whether I need to replace the screen ?
It seems like a very common problem with other similar models(other posts I have read and they have the exact same issue) and I'm surprised that you have done nothing to try and fix this issue. Very disappointed.
