Solution 

1)  go to intel site and update drivers https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

2) go to HP site and update BIOS and drivers https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

3) go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\System Settings and unselect ( hopefully this should fix the issue

4) Then go to "Change when the computer sleeps", "Change advanced power settings", "Sleep", "Hibernate after" and set values to zero.
