My screen has started flickering. Sometimes it is fine, other times the machine is unusable, this happens both in the operating system and the bios screen. A second screen plugged in works fine. I have run the video diagnostic and received the following failure ID on the Video Palette Check:
Failure ID: 9C6631-97XBL2-MFPW3F-Q2AM03
Product ID: 3DL15EA#ABU
But I have no idea what component these relate to.
If anyone can help I would be grateful.
