So, this is my last resort. I bought this laptop 8 days ago. For the past 3-4 days, the screen flickers whenever i turn the charger on or off. It flickers for a few moments before going back to normal. The touchpad is also tilted and the fingerprint reader is misaligned and tilted. I tried contacting whatsapp support but they were stuck on loop trying to troubleshoot. It didn't solve the problem. I requested for replacement as there are multiple issues, both hardware and software related, but they straight up ignored my request even after I provided evidences of damages. I went to the authorized dealer, but they refused as I bought it from a dealer in other city. I tried calling on HP's support number but they didn't pick up the call. I bought this laptop as I'll be going to college and I need it to be fixed soon.
