Screen flickering when resuming from sleep, login creen cannot be entered.

When resuming laptop from sleep, I cannot even access to the login screen and enter my credentials, my screen is flickering(see attached image)

I am suspecting a display driver problem or a bios issue, I tried to update my video drivers but download links on,hp support website for those drivers are dead.

My laptop os a HP ZBook 15 G3

Same for drivers NVIDIA Video Driver and Control Panelsystem software Manager Icon 419.72 Rev.F    (https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95501-96000/sp95584.exe)

This is really annoying as I have to hard reboot my computer when this happens, please help.

I recommend that you install HP Support Assistant and use that to update your drivers:

Lastly I recommend that you enable discrete graphics in the BIOS thus disable the Intel GPU. To do this make sure that your graphics is set to discrete/dedicated and not hybrid or auto.
