Hello
I have been having this problem for some time now. The joke flickers at the bottom, this only happens when I play .. at first I thought it was just a problem with the game (Warzone), but then trying other games, the problem persists .. I updated drivers, uninstalled drivers, tried previous versions of the drivers .. I also checked that the cables were fixed well .. nothing, it does not solve. Advice? is it the fault of the V-sync?

You didn't provide us any HP model information to work with.  You posted this in the Notebooks (laptops) section but you mention cables -- so that implies this is a desktop or you are using an external monitor.  We need detail information in order to provide help.
