Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi guys my pc screen flickers some times and sometimes it just flickers and dims, I installed windows 11 before and thought it was compatibility issues so I switched back to 10 64 bit the pc originally came with windows 10 and hasn't had this issue before till I install Windows 11 and back, i also update my bios idk what the issue is it just flickers some times and sometimes it doesn't i also have direct x12 installed I've also updated my graphic drivers too can anyone help is an app causing this issue or what do you guys think
