Screen flickering

My HP Pavilion 14 keeps flickering on and off very quickly, it only happens when I turn it on and goes away when I restart it. I spent a lot of days on the internet researching this issue, and I did a lot to try and fix it like update Windows and all my drivers. I'd love to get some help

What operating system do you have installed?  My HP Notebook 15t-dy100 CTO did the exact same thing after upgrading to Windows 11.  I restored my notebook to factory default using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (requires a 32GB USB thumb drive, or larger).  With Windows 10 (and all updates) on the notebook, the display no longer flickers.

If you currently have the 22H2 update of Windows 10 and are experiencing the flickering issue, I have heard that rolling back to a point prior to installing the 22H2 update can successfully fix the issue, as well.
