Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Laptop 15s-fq1xxx - 421OD26J

The issue: Huge screen issue that prohibits work - usually a quick fix is to restart the computer but the problem always comes back - screen flickers and blurs rendering the screen unreadable and difficult to look at.

 

Sometimes the colours go a bit mad and any video I'm watching is indistinguishable, it's becoming a right pain and the problem is getting worse. Sometimes the taskbar then duplicates across the screen and looks to just glitch completely.

 

I've tried updating the disk driver, restarting, updating etc but this problem seems to have gotten worse after updating OS.

 

Any suggestions welcome! On the verge of resetting completely! 

*Note - the problem of the screen doesn't persist if I go to CTRL ALT DEL, lock screen, go to switch off or restart...
