When I tryed to connect my laptop to TV via HMDI the screen when black so I found a way off getting it back connecting it via VGA cable to the same TV, but now or I use my laptop connected to the TV (TV doesnt need to be turned on) or the screen will go black. 

Can anyone help me please

I understand when you unplug the HDMI connection from your laptop the screen goes black.
 
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
 
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

Have you tried checking with a different HDMI cable?
 
Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.
 
As you mentioned when you unplug the HDMI connection from your laptop the screen goes black.

 Try restoring the BIOS to default and check if it helps.
 
Turn on your PC keep tapping the F10 key, you will boot into BIOS.
 
From the main or file menu select restore defaults.
 
Select F10 to save changes and exit.

 

Update the BIOS and graphics driver on your PC using HP support assistant and check if it helps.

 

Refer this article to know more information about using HP support assistant.
 

Also, try running a system diagnostics test on your PC and check if the hardware on your laptop is functioning correctly.

 

Refer this article to know more information about running system diagnostics on your PC.
 

If the issue still persists try uninstalling the graphics driver from device manager and install the drivers using HP recovery manager.

 

Refer this article to know how to restore drivers using HP recovery manager.
