Hello Everyone,

 

We purchased a large number of these laptops and have had numerous complaints that the screen randomly goes black while using it for a second. It flashes black and comes back on. Checked the display drivers and they are up to date and checked the power saving settings but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. Anyone have any ideas?
