Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

the display on my laptop randomly (but consistently) goes plack after 10 to 30 minutes of using the laptop. When this happens, the laptop is still on, power LED on, but nothing will wake it up. Requires a hard reboot (hold power button for 30 seconds). I have had 7 or 8 chats or calls with support. I did a full system recovery at their suggestion, still happens. I have the option now to send in for "repairs", but curious if anyone else has experienced this. 

 

It mostly happens while playing games, but that's because, that's mostly what my daughter does with her laptop. Roblox specifically, although she says it's happened other times too. We also tried changing to the graphics setting in Roblox to the highest performance (lowest graphics setting) and it still happened.

 

Honestly - support has been awful. Having always used Dells, it is night and day in comparison.
