I have HP Envy x360 15z-Ee000 CTO.
With AMD Ryzen 4700U.
The screen goes black for 1 to 2 seconds or screen flickers or screen blinks or winks, even when is under heavy use. This happens on web browsers, word or even notepad. It happens like every 5 minutes or so and happens while laptop is running only on battery. It might be happening with external power plugged-in but the frequency should be very low, compared to battery only.
All drivers are default or whatever is updated by windows. Windows is also up to date.

SORRY THE FOLLOWING EXPERIMENT HAS NOT FIXED THE ISSUES AT ALL. THE ISSUE IS STILL THERE.
I think this issue was caused by antivirus Norton360.
I reset windows on my computer and never installed Norton360 after that and it looks like the issue is gone. I am not 100% sure as I might have still seen a blink or wink of screen once in a while probably something else I looks like that this issue is gone.
Norton has released some tool (Screen_Fix.exe) to fix some issue that looks like this issue here Fix problems with desktop screen flickering after upgrading Norton
I have not tried this personally so far so I cannot tell if it will fix the issue with Norton360 installed.
