Product: HP envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop screen will randomly go black for about 1-3 seconds then it will come back.  For example if I am watching a youtube video when this happens, the video will come back at the lowest quality after the sceen goes black. More recently if I am watching a video and this problem happens, the video will keep playing but the youtube screen is stuck on a loading screen, yet I am still able to hear the video.  Like I have said this happens randomly and will last for about 1-3 seconds. I am updated to the latest windows 10 software. Everything else as welll seems up to date.
