If the issue persists follow the next steps below.
Let’s find the issue cause and try fixing it by performing the following method.
Method 1:
I would suggest you run the Power troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.
Follow these steps:
a. Press “Windows key + W”.
b. Type “Troubleshooter” without quotes in the Search box and hit enter.
c. Select “System and Security”.
d. Select the “Power” option.
e. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Method 2:
Use the "Balanced power plan" and check the issue status.
1) Click on your battery icon.
2) Click on More Energy options
3) In your current plan, click on Change plan configuration
4) Once you do that, go to "change advanced settings"
5) Scroll down to Screen and expand
6) Look for Enable Adaptative brightness
7) Disable for On Baterry and Disable on Current
😎 Do this for all your plans for energy
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
