Screen goes black when plugging in docking station. i did all the firmware updates and drivers

We have had a lot of issues with HP455 G10 and the G5 docking station especially when connectin to

the Promethean boards. Some teachers found that connecting the docking station to the LAN and the

USB connector from the Promethean board but connecting the HDMI cable from the board directlty

into the Laptop HP455's HDMI port worked the best. 

This is a new symtop of the laptop screen going black when plugging in the docking station main cable.

The laptop is set to duplicate the screen "Windows key plus P" so it should duplicate.I am not at work so I will not have access to the laptop until next week after the Memorial holiday
