Product: 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At times on my 360, when switching to full screen mode, the screen will go black but continue audio. ESC won't work and I have to go to Task manager to get out of it. Any thoughts?  I do not have it on any sleep mode so it isn't that.
