Product: HP ENVY 13-ay1000 x360 Convertible PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I went to take a screen shot (really I used the snipping tool} and my screen went dark.  You could still see what was on the screen it just went dark.  So when I go to send this screen shot to the person that requested it it will be dark.  I've had it happen before.

Has anyone experienced this?
