Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3065cl

My laptop has a touchscreen and that part works fine but anytime I use the mouse track pad or an external mouse the screen goes black.  If the screen goes black after using the mouse I can touch the screen and then it comes back on.  As long as I just use the touch screen it works fine.  I tried to update the drivers for the mouse and track pad but it said I have the latest versions.  Is there anything else I can try to resolve this?
