Screen is blank

PC screen isn’t showing anything. It’s not completely black, I can see a faint light but it’s not displaying anything. Everything works fine when I hook it up to a computer with an HDMI cable but nothing shows up on the actual computer screen. I ran diagnostic tests and the failure ID is: GK6EL1-8S8A47-GXGGRF-Q28Q13. Unfortunately the warranty on the device ran out but I just want to see how I could go about fixing it, even if I have to pay.

The error message is Display Adapter Palette Test Failure and relates to -- 

Display Assembly, Inverter Board, LCD, LED Board, Video Board, Video Card, Webcam.
