When i watching the movie suddenly system was screenoff

To test for a defective display panel, use the following steps:

 

Connect the computer to an external monitor with a DisplayPort or HDMI connector cable.

Connect AC power to the computer and the external monitor.

Press the power button on the computer, and then press the power button on the external monitor.

If an image is displayed on the external monitor but not on the computer, download and install the latest BIOS, the latest graphics driver, and the latest CPU chipset. For more information, see HP PCs - Downloading or updating software and drivers.

If there is no image on either the computer or the external monitor, and the computer does not start correctly, there is a startup problem. See HP Notebook PCs - Computer starts but the screen remains blank (Windows 11, 10).
