Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15t-dq200 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I open up my browser or close my laptop screen and reopen it my screen starts tweaking out.

When I say tweaking out I mean that the whole screen begins to shake and become fuzzy, every time i switch a tab or do something the screen will go black for a few seconds then reappear distorted, and sometimes there will be horizontal lines across. I've done the CTRL ALT DELETE to see if its my screen or image processor thing and the whole screen is distorted. Sometimes the problem is fixed if I restart the laptop, but I noticed the screen generally does this if I just close the notebook without shutting it down. It's super annoying that the screen does almost everything that it's not supposed to do. I've downloaded the latest windows update and nothing. It seems to be an internal problem.

 

Any ideas on what I need to fix to bring it back to normal operations?
