The screen suddenly stop working on my HP Pavilion x 360 and I have now a black screen. I can connect my laptop to an external monitor and then it is working on this monitor. Therefore, the problem is coming from the laptop screen. I have already tried to disconnect the battery and press the start button for 30 sec afterwards as advised on the HP website but it failed. I bought this laptop in January 2024. Do you have any suggestion?
