Hi Community, My screen display is not working for a laptop which is in warranty. HP Engineer was to replace the screen.
It is going to be a month and screen is not replaced. While the Service station is not responding to calls.
Any idea whom do we escalate such situations? HP Service process is pathetic and inspite of reminder calls, there is no response.
