I was wondering if anyone could be able to help me with an issue I have with my HP laptop. My screen shows 2 diffrent screen mouses and only one of them moves but both are continuously flickering and at times don't even work. My screen is also touch and at times I can't even scroll up or down and the olny thing it does is make the screen zoom in and out.

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community.

I reviewed the case regarding issues with the computer.

I will be delighted to assist you here.

Goto search and type device manager, click on mouse and other pointing devices, un-install whatever which says mouse, and then re-start the computer.

Keep me posted. 🙂

Hi, I have done what you advised to do but it continues happening. However, now not only does my pointer continue glitching but my screen is continuously glitching as well. Down below will be a list of things that keep reocurring.

1. The pointer keeps glitching and two circles apper on the screen

2. When typing on google docs the options when one right clickes keep appering without me even right cliking

3. My screen also moves down or up by its self

4. The programing appears and I have no idea how

5. My screen also continues freezing

Sorry, I know these are a lot of problems but I have attached pictures below to show what I mean.2019-02-16.png2019-02-16 (2).png2019-02-16 (4).png2019-02-16 (5).png

Re-start the notebook, keep tapping F10, and check whether the screen flickers.

If yes, then it look's like a mechanical failure.

In this case, I'd request you to speak to the support team for further assistance. 🙂

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Feel free to reach out if need any other assistance.

Thanks,

Barachiel
