HP Recommended

Hello,

I have an HP EliteBook 845 G10 laptop with a AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 7840U processor with Radeon 780M Graphics.

Very soon after purchase, my screen started freezing randomly for 1-2 seconds and then it turns completely black. After it turns black, the cursor is soon visible for about 2-3 seconds and then it returns back to normal. It does this all the time, no matter what I am doing. Sometimes after returning to the previous state, the window I was using turns white and is completely unusable. Other times, the desktop becomes completely black (except the task bar) and the only way to get the icons and the background to show up again is to highlight them... Rarely, but often enough to be annoying, the desktop icons change size after the black out and I have to restart the laptop to fix them.

I have performed the automatic HP hardware diagnostics and it shows no problem. I have updated my graphics driver and what not.
