Product: Pavillion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was browsing my internet, and when I tried to turn my adobe flash on it flashed the blue screen that comes up when it updates but it said "locking" and then the screen went black so I did a hard reset via power button and it still comes up black. It's on though, because it makes the usual on but not in use sounds and the button light comes on.

I would recommend you to follow the steps from the document HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start (Windows 10, 😎 and see is that fixes the issue.
