I'm trying to find out what screen I need to buy since the screen on my notebook is shattered. I know it's a 17.3 inch screen but that's about all I know. Just want to make sure I order the correct one. This is an older notebook but wasn't used long before the screen broke. I have someone to do the replacement for me once I have the correct part. Thank you

Hello @NebraskaGirl402,

The raw display panel has HP Spare Part number 641395-001.

You can then use the HP Spare part number(s) in the HP Parts store hereYou may also be able to find it elsewhere on the Internet.

You can provide the repair person with this Maintenance and Service Guide. (Display replacement begins on page 83 of the PDF)

Best regards,

Eddy
