Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone!

My laptop screen was broken and i bought a new screen online, i replace the new screen it works fine but for me as a graphic designer it is not good enough!
I need a new screen that the quality is same as the orginal one!

Hi Paymansharifi,

 

The HP ENVY 15-j165so Notebook PC (Energy Star) utilizes a 39.6 cm (15.6”) diagonal FHD BrightView LED-backlit (1920 x 1080) with HP Spare Part number 720552-001.

 

Steps to replacement are located on pages 55-63 on your computer's Maintenance and Service Guide.

 

You can then use the HP Spare part number(s) in the HP Parts store here. You may also be able to find it elsewhere on the Internet. 

 

Unfortunately, upon entering the spare part number in HP Parts store (Finland), it was revealed that it cannot be ordered and must be purchased from HP resellers. This is what came up: https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/Search_Results.aspx?mscssid=7D32CBA896094B608B8417C5CA68B820&SearchIn=P...
