I am looking to replace my HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n100nq screen. I found a video with how to do it, but I need a source from where I can buy one. Preferably from UK/Ireland.

Hi @Cristi29,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you are looking to replace the screen on your HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n100nq and need a reliable source to buy one. Let’s go through a few steps to help you get the correct replacement screen.

Confirm Model and Screen Type

Make sure your laptop model is exactly 10-n100nq.

Verify whether you need just the LCD panel or a full digitizer/touch screen assembly, as some replacements include the frame.

Check UK/Ireland Retailers

Look for replacement screens on reputable sites such as:

eBay UK (search for “HP Pavilion x2 10-n100nq screen”)

Laptopscreen.com (HP X2 series)

UKPCPart.com (specific model parts)

Confirm compatibility by matching your model number and frame color before purchase.

Verify Screen Specifications

Compare resolution, touch functionality, and frame color with your current screen.

OEM screens are recommended for full compatibility and touch support.

Consider Professional Repair Services (Optional)

If unsure about DIY replacement, some UK services provide screen replacement, though you can also do it yourself if confident.

Prepare for DIY Replacement

Follow a step-by-step video guide specific to HP x2 10 series laptops.

Ensure you have the right tools (small screwdrivers, plastic spudger, suction tool) to avoid damage.

Check Screen Upon Arrival

Before fully installing, test the new screen by connecting it temporarily to ensure it powers on and touch works.

Install Carefully

Remove the old screen carefully following the guide.

Install the new screen, reconnect all cables properly, and secure the frame.

Test After Installation

Power on the laptop and check for display clarity, touch responsiveness, and no dead pixels.

If issues occur, double-check cable connections and screen compatibility.

I hope this helps.
