HP Laptop - 15-dw2048nr
Microsoft Windows 11

I see this type of problem being posted ever since 2018. Has any found a fix for this yet?
My HP touchscreen laptop has sat on my desk for almost 2 years. Never moved it but I do close shut the top down after using it daily. Now the plastic screen is separating on the bottom right corner... just like everyone else's. It's beyond me why HP has not fixed this flaw in this many years. I will not send it to repairs and I won't pay up to $800 as some other people have. Is there a way to fix this at home? Will glue and a clamp fix it or will that damage something?

Between my problems with the HP printers and now this laptop I swear I will never buy another HP product and I would never recommend one to any other person.

I understand your concern. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. However, I'm afraid there are no other options available other than a repair.
