I am trying to connect to a Dell p2419h monitor and continually receive the message "No DP signal from your device."
I have a second laptop, and I am able to connect to the display perfectly well. I verified that my cables and ports are working properly. I have restarted my laptop following the proper plugging/unplugging procedures. I have gone through device manager and updated every possible option. I have a mouse plugged into the same port, and the mouse works, so there must be some issue with my laptop connecting to this external display. I have clicked "Detect" and get the message "Didn't detect another display."
