Hello there,
I am trying to connect a second external monitor through the USB-C.
I have tried two different docks (one by elgato https://www.amazon.com.mx/gp/product/B07YLMJZXB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and one from ugreen https://www.amazon.com.mx/gp/product/B07RW343WG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) Both work good, except that the displays did not work (the first used DisplayPort and the second HDMI).
What could be the problem? And also, if I buy a usb-c monitor, will it work if I connect it through usb-c? Or if I buy a Thunderbolt 3 monitor?
Thank you very much in advance.

It specs
https://support.hp.com/es-es/document/c06039352
It has 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s) port which does not support Alt mode therefore you can't connect it to an external monitor with nor without a hub/adapter
Regards.
