Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 15-dq0953cl

I sent my computer to HP via mail to get my webcam fixed as the webcam is required for schooling. They sent my computer back still having the same webcam issue after saying it was repaired, and I no longer can access the HP Support chat as my warranty expired while they were repairing it. What can be done besides buying a new computer?
