I bought my active pen her for $115 less than a year ago. When I try to register my device on my hp account according to the serial and model number on the package the numbers aren't recognized. I was finally able to register "a" active pen by inputting the item number from the listing on the hp store as both the serial number and the model number, however the registered active pen has a warranty that expired b4 my pen was ever purchased. ( i also experienced the same scenario with the elitebook x360 i bought the year previous.) Can anyone tell me what numbers are you using to register your pen.
