Product: HP Pavilion 17-e020us Notebook PC

I have a transparent shadow on the first 1/3 left side of my screen,  It is darker than the remaining screen.  Can you help me correct this problem?  The printing in this message is also darker.  My email has changed from hotmail to protonmail with the same prefix information.
