Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab071tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I Skype from Malaysia to my daughter in the UK. I can see and hear her. She can see me but cannot hear me. We have skyped many times before with no issues. We had not changed any audio settings. Now we have both checked all our settings and they are correct. Initially i checked my audio  using HP Diagnostics. It showed mic disabled and corrected it. Mic now working but daughter still cannot hear me. What are the other possible causes for this??

At your end: Please ALSO allow Skype to access / use your microphone.

If still does not work check other end.
