HP Notebook - 14-cm0202ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

Just got a HP 14-cm0202ng, and immediately after I booted it up for the first time I started noticing small artifacts showing up on screen, little squares of corrupted image blinking and disappearing on a resize, or alt tab, or by switching to something else. While writing the subject for this post, for example, a small square of corrupted image blinked in and out in opposite tempo with the mouse cursor; as soon as I wrote something, it disappeared.

I thought driver updates would solve the issue, but I think I'm done with updates but they still show up from time to time.

What do you advise? Return, repair or is there something I can use?

Hi,

Do you also have the latest version of Windows on the PC?

Take a look at this guide I created:

See if it helps,

David

Thanks for the tip, it didn't work, so I'll be returning it soon.
