I upgraded to Windows 11 when it became available to me. The upgrade has gone smoothly, except for the keyboard which has become extremely buggy. Since the upgrade, specific buttons on the keyboard frequently become completely unresponsive from anywhere from 10 seconds to 1 minute, after which point they act as normal. This happens every few minutes. The buttons that are most noticeably acting up are G, H, Backspace, Shift and the Windows key. There may be also be others.
As this happened just after the upgrade, and the set of buttons all becoming active/inactive at the same time, I assume there is a high chance of this being a driver issue. The problem is, there does not seem to be any driver available for this notebook model. None of the built-in windows tools to analyze or repair drivers or input devices has found any issue.

Hi@AsiSkarp,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Let us initiate the keyboard test by following the below steps:
- Turn off the laptop.
Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
On the main menu, click Component Tests.
Figure : Selecting Component Tests from the main menu
The Component Tests menu displays. Your Component Tests menu might be different, depending on the components installed on your computer.

Keyboard Test - The Keyboard test provides a quick interactive functional test of the keys on the keyboard. A keyboard is required for this test. To run the test, click Keyboard, and then click Run once.
The Keyboard Test time is 3 minutes.
If the keyboard test runs and fails then could be a hardware issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
