Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr0012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
When I press some buttons, they display other letters. Most keys work ok. Someone else had the exact same issue but the answer was privately replied.
e.g. when I press "b" or "g" or "5" - the monitor shows "bg5"
or e.g. when I press 'h" or"n" or "6" - the monitor shows "nh6"
or e.g. when I press "7" or "8" on the numerical keyboard - the monitor shows "78+"
The problem vanishes using other keyboards (external). I tried to clean the buttons but it didn't work. I did many scans to find viruses and I found nothing.
The problem also existed when I was running Win10.
Any help appreciated.
