Pavilion 15-CS1012NL
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i bought this notebook one week ago, i uptedated ALL drivers with windows update, HP support assistant and NVIDIA program and i updated the BIOS. The resolution settings are set as "recommendend" (125%) but i have a problem: some windows (with text) are blurred (as you can see from the image). I checked all settings and all guides on HP website but i didn't solve that problem. Can you help me?

Hi @BigMarioss

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are you pointing towards the "Device Manager" heading in the picture? If that's the one, it is by design and cannot be changed. The heading will be highlighted only when it is an active window.

Hope this helps!

Even if i click on the window it remains blurred.  And the print windows of Chrome and OneNote have the same problem.

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region so that they can take a remote access to help you with this issue.

Thanks!
