Sometimes horizontal lines flicker on screen in running mode when laptop is displaced

My laptop is hp pavilion15 cs2082tx,  which has some issues as it shows horizontal lines on screen when touched in running mode or displaced. But it happens only in running mode and I don't think it will be a problem of screen.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

• When was the last time it worked without these issues?
• Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?
• Have you checked the display on an external monitor?

Let’s try these steps to resolve the problem:

I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting, 

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.

Lining on the screen doesn't show frequently.  It happens when laptop is disturbed for ex- when it is in running mode and it is displaced then lini g comes on screen and it freezes.  I'm using Ubuntu and Don't know how to update drivers and graphics.
