Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J5AV)

I am getting a chiming sound all the time from my computer... It is only a year old.. I tried eveything in windows and it was NOT.. I even had a Microsoft agent on the phone.. He said it isn't windows.. I know this because I installed a new SSD drive and it still happened even before I installed any programs.. I don't know what to do to fix this.. It seems to be a hardware issue..

Can you send back to service?

Need identify sound comes where: Speaker, or any hardware, fe: fan issue.

 

Press F2 or Esc and after F2 to go hp Diagnostsc. (Install HP uefi diagnostics tools before)

Choose Component test - > Audio - > Speaker
If same issue, its a HW failure.
