I also have an HP Spectre - so... any clues, Anyone? I have the 15 inch, and it worked fine on there, but had to switch to the 13 inch, and it doesn't work on here... It is driving me crazy.

  • Does this happen only in PowerPoint?
  • Have you tried the steps suggested in the thread?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and also the Microsoft Office software and check if it helps.
