I have just been given a Spectre wireless mouse and the scroll wheel isn't working. It doesn't scroll in the direction I'm trying to, scrolling in the opposite direction of where I'm trying to or not do anything at all. Very glitchy. How can I fix the function of the scroll? Everything else about it works fine.

 

I can't get through the customer support portal because I can't find the serial number. Where is the serial number on this device?
