I have a Spectre x360 15 that has a black screen issue. It is running windows 11. The screen is black when I turn the laptop on but when I plug the computer into an external monitor, I can use the external monitor fine but the screen  is still black. Touch screen input is also fine but the screen remains black. I have turned on and off the computer, I have attempted to install new graphics drivers, I have attempted to reset BIOS and CMOS (I am not sure that this has been successful however. The external monitor does not show anything nor my laptop screen). There is no functionality loss except the screen will not turn on. I am writing this post with my laptop through my TV. 

 

I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE - although mine started off with haze around the screen for a few minutes here and there, but would then disappear. That eventually changed to colored vertical lines on portions of the screen, to eventually going completely BLACK. (this happened over the course of 3 or 4 months)  Has there been a resolution to this issue, as I see many others have experienced the same...??
