Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f0000 (39H22AV)

I have a HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 16-f0xxx and all of a sudden the camera kill switch won't turn off. I've tried rebooting, reinstalling drivers, and did a factory reset -- all the things I've seen mentioned as possible fixes -- but the key remains lit and the camera won't display. Also tried a very small amount of compressed air in case there was something physically blocking the key.  What else is there to try?
