I wish someone had an answer for this. I am experiencing the same issue. What little help I can find on YouTube and message boards... I've tried and nothing works. I am having to restart my laptop to get it to stop, and then it starts all over again on the next startup. I did install Windows 11 last month, and that's when I started having this issue.

You are not alone.  I just read a post where someone rolled their driver back from 27.100 to 26.100 to fix it. I plan to give that a try once I find a signed copy of the older driver.

Hi @INeedALilHelp1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are facing issues with the screen flickering. I'd like to help!

This could be a hardware issue. This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
